In industrial production, molds are traditional tools that use pressure machines and specialized tools mounted on them to manufacture the desired shaped products from metal or non-metal materials through pressure.
A bakelite mold is a tool for producing bakelite products. It consists of several component parts, including a forming cavity. During the injection process, the mold is clamped onto the bakelite machine, and molten bakelite powder is injected into the forming cavity where it cools and solidifies. Then, the upper and lower molds separate, and an ejection system pushes the finished product out of the cavity. After ejection, the mold closes again for the next injection cycle. This entire process is rep foreated cyclically.
